I am always looking for creative ways to cook shrimp because it’s one of those foods I absolutely love! This is one of my favourites and yes it is keto and low carb friendly if you can find a low carb, low sugar barbecue sauce. If you can’t find one you can still make this recipe and omit the sauce. This recipe is also diabetic friendly if you are using a low sugar sauce or omit the sauce entirely.
You’ll love these and they are very easy to make! My kids always love these too and I usually make a double batch because they are eaten so quickly!
NOTE: I did some without toothpicks to see if it would hold and they did. Just turn the end of the bacon downward on the rack and it will stay tucked nicely.

- 15 slices bacon
- BBQ low carb sauce for marinating
- 30 toothpicks
