Low carb bacon wrapped chicken breasts are to die for! This recipe is so quick and easy and tastes amazing! You can add any veggie you want to the middle but asparagus works great! Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring and recipes like this make it so much fun to follow a ketogenic lifestyle.

Stuffed Chicken Breasts With Bacon

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 12 sears Asparagus
  • mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • kosher salt
  • Italian sausage optional
  • bacon

Instructions
 

  • Pound chicken breast with a meat tenderizer until its nice and flat
  • Sprinkle with Kosher salt and layer mozza cheese and parmesan cheese, asparagus, italian sausage (as much as you would like) Don't overstuff it or it wont role up.
  • Roll up and then wrap with bacon
  • Put in a lightly greased pan/dish and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked.
