Strawberry Cheesecake Fat Bombs For the Keto Diet

Strawberry cheesecake keto style! These delicious fat bombs are sure to have you enjoying your next keto approved snack!

I love making keto fat bombs and I thought making strawberry flavor would definitely be interesting. These are the perfect snack if you are following a ketogenic diet. They are super simple to make and taste delicious! They store easily in the freezer for when you want a quick snack.

This flavor tastes just like Strawberry cheesecake and will satisfy that sweet craving while keeping you on your keto diet! It’s hard to believe because they taste so good, but these are healthy and keto approved! I love following a ketogenic diet because it’s so easy, once you find out all the yummy foods you can eat.

This recipe makes 12 small fat bombs. I made six giant ones using my heart mold because I was making these for my daughter. She loves to eat fat bombs when she’s hungry and needs a quick snack. This morning she grabbed a Peanut Butter Fat Bomb on her way out the door to school. They make convenient snacks when you are in a rush! Breakfast on the go is easy with one or two of these!

I keep different flavored fat bombs in the freezer for convenience. Once they are solid you can throw them in a plastic container or bag for easy storage. That way they take up less room then a muffin tray. They keep longer when frozen and don’t melt as quickly when you take them out. They can get a little messy if they melt. When I am going somewhere I just throw the frozen bomb in a baggy for when I get hungry.

Made these and then toasted some macadamia nuts and rolled these in them. Made them easier to eat and sent them over the top. Makes them 120 calories a piece, but WORTH IT. So good. Thank you thank you!

These looks great. I’m going to try these today with some mixed berries I cooked down for yogurt topping. I like that you have vanilla and cream. Some of these other fat bombs I’ve tried have only a few ingredients and while there were good, I would like something more flavorful. Thanks for sharing!

I was wondering if you thought that melted cacao butter would work in place of the dairy butter…to keep the fat bombs from being so soft or melting after making them if they sat out on the counter for a while. Thanks!

You can use plain or confectioners, but I prefer to use confectioners as it doesn’t make the fat bomb grainy 😉

Absolutely Delicious!!! Very petite adult taking Isotretinoin (Accutane) was having problem getting enough fat in diet necessary to metabolize drug. Fat bombs have been very helpful. Found them because other family members follow keto to combat Type 2 Diabetes and obesity.

I use Myfitnesspal when ever I make any fat bombs. You can input your recipe and it will give you the macros. In addition you can in put how many servings, which is perfect for me, my servings turn out different depending on the mold I use. Even after you have saved the recipe, each time you make them you can edit the recipe and change how many servings.

I used blackberries which have just 3g net carbs in a half a cup. I also cooked them a bit (20 sec in the microwave) which brought out the sweetness of the berry and I didn’t have to add any sweetener- which I hate. I don’t know if that changes the nutritional info at all but I couldn’t find anything stating it does with a cursory Google search. I spooned them into mini cupcake liners and the recipe made 18.
