This recipe is lovely because every time I made it the salmon turns out perfectly cooked and delicious! The flavor from these ingredients make this my favorite salmon recipe. I served it over a bed of cooked spinach with some peppers on top for a colorful garnish. This recipe is really tasty and so easy to make. Preparation was only 5 minutes. You can let this marinate for 30 – 60 minutes before baking for a more intense flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 medium salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tsp garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Mix together soy sauce, lemon juice, and spices.
- Place the salmon in a oven safe dish, pour marinade over the filets.
- Bake about 30 minutes or until salmon is flaky.
