Mini Meringues
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup Swerve
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200f
- Beat egg whites with mixer until soft peaks form.
- Slowly add Swerve and baking powder. Mix until stiff peaks form.
- Put in piping bag and pipe circles onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Cook for 1h-1h30m or until golden brown.
