- tomatoes sliced
- Italian shredded cheese
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Slice zucchini in half
- Brush with olive oil
- Sprinkle with minced garlic or garlic powder
- Sprinkle with minced onion
- Top with sliced tomatoes
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Top with cheese
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning
- Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 min
