Cheesy Mashed Cauliflower

This keto approved recipe is sinful its that good! Creamy, cheesy and tastes amazing! My kids love mashed cauliflower since I started making it for them. They actually prefer it over mashed potatoes now. This won’t give you that bloated feeling that potatoes do. This recipe is great and goes with anything and is simple to make. It’s even better the next day for lunch if you have any leftovers!
