Broccoli Cauliflower Toss

Looking for a great low carb dish to take to a Christmas party? Your friends will all love this recipe!

Cauliflower Broccolli Toss

This is a great low carb recipe that tastes amazing! A good time to make this is when you find broccoli and cauliflower at great prices or from your garden!

This works best with fresh vegetables, but you can also use frozen as well if you are making this in the cooler months when fresh is harder to find or more expensive. It’s so quick and easy to make!

I think it’s great to take to a Christmas party if you want to take something healthy! With the holidays coming it’s a great switch up from all the sweets and high carb foods we are trying to avoid. This has some added fat for if you are following a Ketogenic diet. Just remember to double it to make more.

Ever since I started drinking Keto/os and following a Ketogenic lifestyle, it’s so much easier to eat healthy. I now crave foods like this instead of the high carb foods I used to eat. It is so much healthier and I feel great! One misconception many people have is that fat makes you fat. This is so untrue. Carbs and sugar are what make you fat. A diet low in carbs and higher in healthy fat is actually better for you! My life has definitely changed for the better since I started my ketogenic lifestyle. I now follow a ketogenic diet and drink keto/os daily for all the health benefits.

This salad is a great addition to your ketogenic meal plan and it’s very yummy!

“My mom used to make something pretty much like this and it was always delicious”
