Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray non-stick spray in 12 muffin tins.
Wrap each piece of bacon inside the sides of each muffin cup.
Fill each cup with a bit of kale and crack egg on top.
Use salt and pepper to your liking!
Bake for 20 minutes.
Use a knife to scoop them out of the tins.
