Another amazing fat bomb recipe for your ketogenic lifestyle! Fat bombs are one of the best and easiest snacks for the ketogenic diet. They are simple to make and can be stored in your freezer for a long time. I make a lot ahead of time and when I want a snack I grab one or two out of the freezer to eat. Makes a great frozen treat in the summertime. You should be careful if you are traveling with them, they will melt quickly! I often throw a couple in dish or baggie when I am going somewhere. But in the summer, in a hot car, you need an ice pack or you’ll have a big mess!

Keto Vanilla Mocha Fat Bomb For the Ketogenic Diet
- 8 tbsp butter
- 8 tbsp coconut oil
- 5 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp coffee extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup Swerve or your choice of sweetener
- Soften butter and coconut oil in the microwave until softened. Add heavy cream and stir.
- Mix together coconut oil, butter, cocoa powder, coffee extract and swerve.
- Pour mixture into mini muffin pan. I was able to make 24 with this recipe. If you want bigger bombs you can make 12. Freeze for 1-2 hours minimum.
