Sugar-free Butter cream icing goes great with Keto Cake as it contains no sugar as well and the two flavors are amazing together. This was definitely a hit at my house! Would also make a great birthday cake that is sugar free and guilt free!
I used Swerve in this sugar-free buttercream icing recipe because it’s a great alternative to sugar. Swerve is a combination of erythritol and oligosaccharides* that looks, tastes and measures just like sugar. - 1/2 Cup peanut butter low sugar
- 1/2 Cup confectioner's Swerve
- 1 Stick butter softened
- Blend ingredients in a mixer until smooth.
