Skinny Broccoli Salad

Can you say YUMMY? This is an amazingly easy broccoli salad to make and tastes delish! Keto approved and healthy for the whole family!

Skinny Broccoli Salad

It doesn’t get any easier then this to make an amazing salad that feeds the whole family! Simply cut up the veggies, toss and serve. You can add any extra veggies you want to make this your own style or even change up the dressing. Just make sure it’s a full fat dressing if you are following a ketogenic lifestyle.

If you aren’t following a strict ketogenic diet feel free to add some apples, raisins and nuts before serving. Walnuts are a great choice, they go perfectly. Sunflower seeds and fresh grapes are also great!

For a quick shortcut you can also use a bag of broccoli slaw to use for this. It’s convenient if your local store carries it. You can really use this as a base recipe and change it up however you like if you like to experiment! Have fun with it!

This is also a healthy salad to take to a party or cook out. I make a huge bowl of this when I go somewhere  because everyone loves it and it disappears so fast! There are never any leftovers, which is always the best sign that you brought a great dish! I always have people asking me what is an easy dish to take somewhere and I have to say this is one of the best! So simple to make and so popular with adults and kids. I hope you enjoy this as much as we did!
