- 2 1 b Brussels sprouts halved
- 8 slices bacon chopped

- 2 cups 8oz cup size of heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
