Cool Cucumbers With Chili Powder
Ingredients
- 1 large Cucumber
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Chop a cucumber and add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and chili powder on top. YUM!!

I am going to try this. There are a lot of veggies I can’t eat anymore but this is one I can. If I don’t like the chili I will change that to dill.
