Cinnamon Roll Keto Waffles
Ingredients
Waffels
- 1 packet Keto Kreme
- 2 tbs almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbs melted butter
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 dash cinnamon
Cream Cheese Icing
- 1 tbs cream cheese
- 1 tbs butter
- 3 tbs heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp of vanilla
- 1 tsp Sweetener of choice
Instructions
Waffles
- Mix above ingredients in a shaker bottle and pour onto greased waffle iron. Using 2 Tbsp of cream cheese - cut into small cubes and drop on top of the batter. Close iron and cook until done. Top with Cream Cheese icing recipe below
Cream Cheese Icing
- Heat cream cheese and butter until melted. Combine sweetener and thin with heavy whipping cream until it's to your desired consistency. Top with whipped cream and Pecans. Enjoy
