I am drinking Keto OS. Is it neccessary to follow a keto diet?
The answer is no. you do not need to follow a ketogenic diet to experience the benefits of Keto OS or Keto Max. Some people do follow a low carb or ketogenic diet to accelerate fat loss or for the many other benefits studies have shown to be able to achieve. There are many that start our program without plans to change their diet, but after drinking it for a little while, feel the desire to make better food choices. Most don’t realize how easy it is to eat healthy while taking our supplement.

Not to be one, but could your use sugar instead of sweetener? If so, how much?
Mary Lou, There are hundreds of natural sugars all around us. “regular” cane sugar is sucrose. Sugar in dairy is Lactose, fruits have fructose sugar. The most common ones, sucrose and fructose sugars are white and granular and both are digestible and cause your body to secrete insulin, which is associated with diabetes and obesity.
Other natural sugars are white, granular, sweet but are not digested by the body, and they do not cause insulin to be secreted. You cook with them, sweeten your beverages with them but eliminate all the bad things that happen when insulin is involved. The ones that I prefer are marketed as Swerve and as Truvia. It is mostly erythritol sugar with a touch of stevia extract. They are granular and white. You use them exactly the same as any other “bad” cane sugar. The difference is that you don’t stimulate insulin to be secreted. These are not artificial sweeteners. They are real sugar, just not the bad kind.
Do I have to bake the crust?
Yum turned out great but tastes more like a pumpkin pie than a cheesecake, not that it’s bad!
