Peanut Butter Keto Fat Bombs

These yummy fat bombs are essential if you are doing a ketogenic diet, I make them all the time!

peanut butter fat bombs

Fat bombs are great when you are following a Ketogenic diet because they help you get your daily requirement of fat into your diet and they taste fantastic! They are low carb and contain no sugar.

I make these all the time and freeze them. They last in the freezer, unless you eat them all! These are a great snack and I will often eat 1-2 of these a day for a quick snack if I get hungry.

When I drink my Keto/os it curbs my appetite and I don’t usually get hungry much during the day. But when I feel I need a low carb snack that’s high in fat these are the perfect fit. They will fill you up because of the high fat content and satisfy that sweet craving you might have. Keto fat Bombs are a great addition to your Pruvit lifestyle.

I actually use Swerve in these instead of stevia but either is fine for a sweetener or you can even make these without any sweetener at all if you don’t like sweet foods. I enjoy them either way. This is my new favorite peanut butter cup. They taste almost the same as Reese’s peanut butter cups but without the sugar.

If you can’t find grass fed butter you can use regular butter. Why choose grass fed butter you may ask. This butter comes from cows that are only grass fed. Grass fed butter is much healthier butter and contains more omega 3 fatty acids then regular butter. Studies show that people who eat grass fed butter actually lower their chance of heart disease. Eating a diet that includes healthy fats is good for your health!

There is stevia in Canada, its in every food store in the natural food section. Just ask if you can’t find it.

Yes they have it, you can also get the Stevia drops in a bottle which are very handy when using it for make recipes

I live in New Brunswick, Canada and I buy my Stevia at WalMart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Save Easy or Sobeys and I usually find it in my Baking Aisle where all the other sugars are, but, sometimes it can be in with the Health Food Stuff. We also have “Swerve” and we are only a small town.

Asked this already but can’t tell if it showed up anywhere. (I’m new to posting in others sites). Anyway, haven’t heard of “swerve”. Is it a natural sweetener like stevia?

Hey, just passing through and read your comment. This recipe makes 12. I think 4 refers to 4 servings of 3 fat bombs. I would advise you to make 1 batch at a time so that you don’t end up eating more than 12 in 1 day! lol jk but these are so good.

They will keep for quite a while in the freezer. You can just refrigerate them, but I find them much easier to handle when frozen.

I didn’t have packets of stevia I have a large container of stevia powder I guessed how much 3 packets would be. Would that have done it?! Also the texture was more cake-like than liquid so I couldn’t ‘pour’ into the tins. Do you mix first or after the microwave? I’m not a great cook but this seems too easy for me to screw up that bad! I was able to muster up 8 mini tins of the solid batter and freeze. Guess I’ll just take total macros and divide by 8

If you over heat it the butter can explode. I have exploded butter tons of times in my microwave. I melted my butter first since it was harder than the rest, heated up the cream cheese/pb mixed with everything else, then combined them all. I agree it wasn’t pourable but I used a small cookie dough scoop and got it into 11 mini muffin cups.

you wrote you use Swerve instead… how much do you use? I tried 1.5T and it was very bitter. I’m wondering also if it was too much cocoa powder…. seemed like a lot and mine was a lot darker in color than yours… makes me wonder if there was a typo? thanks

Just made these, did the double batch and was fudge like, not porable. I put 24 drops of liquid stevia and a tablespoon (heaping) of Swerve confectioners and 1/3 cup of coconut oil. Came to s more spreadable consistency. It made 17 portions. I topped them with pink sslt. In freezer now,. Can’t wait to try them.
