Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups cold chicken diced, about 4 breast
  • 1 cup celery chopped fine
  • 2 cup grapes sliced, option, omit for keto
  • 2 cup almonds sliced
  • 2 tablespoon parsley minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream whipped

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and let salad sit in fridge at least 2 hours before serving. Omit grapes if following a keto plan.

    DOES THE CREAM MAKE IT TOO WET, JUST CURIOUS. NEVER HEARD OF CREAM IN CHICKEN SALAD…AT ALL…
