Neiman Marcus Chicken Salad
- 2 1/2 cups cold chicken diced, about 4 breast
- 1 cup celery chopped fine
- 2 cup grapes sliced, option, omit for keto
- 2 cup almonds sliced
- 2 tablespoon parsley minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 cup mayo
- 3/4 cup heavy cream whipped
- Combine all ingredients and let salad sit in fridge at least 2 hours before serving. Omit grapes if following a keto plan.
