Have you tried Fat Flush Water? It’s a great way to flush and detox toxins from your body while at the same time falvoring your water naturally!
If you hate drinking plain water this is a great recipe to easily flavor your water without any chemical additives! This is a great change from drinking just plain water. I love filling up a big container with water and adding my favorite fruit. The fruit will last you a couple of days and you can keep filling your container up with water. You can also just do a glass or a mason jar like in my picture. My favorite is lemon and lime combo and sometimes a few cucumber slices. My kids love this water with all kinds of sweeter fruit like strawberry kiwi with pineapple or grapes.
This is also a great cleanse and detox water. Even though I don’t eat fruit often since I follow a ketogenic lifestyle, I do add it to my water, especially when I need a good natural detox. People always ask how much water do I need to drink? It really depends on a few different factors, where you live, what season it is and how much activity you do. I try to drink at least 90 oz of water a day, but a lot of my water comes from drinking 30 oz twice a day mixed with my Keto/os. So just drinking that gets me a lot of my daily water intake. You should really listen to your body and how you feel to determine if you are getting enough water. Often times your body will send you signals that you aren’t drinking enough water, such as increased thirst, dizziness, confusion, weakness and even hunger. Also the color of your urine is a good indicator if you are getting enough water.
