Low Carb Keto Friendly Loaded Broccoli

Loaded broccoli is such an amazing dish full of flavor and a prefect side dish to any meal! Even people who don’t like broccoli love this dish!

Low Carb Keto Friendly Loaded Broccoli

If you tried my recipe for Loaded Cauliflower than you will love this loaded broccoli as well! It’s an amazing side dish your kids will love! I have seen people that don’t even like broccoli eat and enjoy this, it’s that good!

It’s great to make this rather then plain broccoli if you are following a ketogenic diet because it adds fat to the dish which will up your fat intake for the day and help to fill you up. The flavors are amazing and makes broccoli taste so good! This stores in the fridge well if you have any leftovers. I love heating this up the next day for a tasty lunch! Thats’ if I am lucky enough to have leftovers. My kids will eat the whole pan!

You can also add some cooked chicken to this as well if you wish! Enjoy!

I’m cutting out the sour cream and mayo and adding boneless skinless chicken breast for more protein and less fat
