These low carb, keto friendly mini pizzas are the bomb! Great for a Friday night dinner! Easy to make and healthy for a ketogenic lifestyle!

Don’t these look absolutely AMAZING?? I love pizza night and now that I am following a ketogenic diet I love making keto friendly pizza! It’s so much better then regular pizza because you don’t have all the high carb dough. I personally think this is a better option because you can eat lots and not get all full and bloated like you would with a high carb dough pizza. there are so many ways to make keto approved pizza. This is just one way.  Mini Zucchini Pizzas are also fun to make, especially in the summer wen you have lots of zucchini you need to use up.

This is a guiltless way to satisfy those pizza cravings! The whole family will love this one! This pizza recipe is healthy and also diabetic friendly!

Mini pizzas are great because you can put different toppings on each one and make it designed just for you! My kids love making mini pizzas for that very reason. They love loading up their individual pizzas with their favorite toppings! It’s fun to let the kids take part in preparing food. I find they are more apt to eat something that they helped create.

I love all these new keto approved foods and I love drinking Orange Dream Keto OS everyday. It gives me so much energy and I feel fantastic every single day! The best part is that when my diet isn’t perfect, Keto still keeps me in a state of Ketosis – fat burning mode! Ketones are awesome!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herb blend
  • 1/2 cup low carb tomato sauce or sliced tomatoes works great
  • 1 heaping handful mozzarella cheese
  • 12 pieces Pepperoni for topping
  • 1 tsp Fresh basil for garnish
  • 1 tbs Olive oil for drizzling
