I love bacon and I am always trying new recipes that are ketogenic friendly and easy. These lettuce bacon wraps are so easy to make and they taste so good!! I used thick cut bacon and cooked it in the oven and it turned out perfect for these. To save time you can use pre-cooked bacon as well.
These are a great snack if you are following a low carb or ketogenic diet. My kids loved these too, they were a huge hit. These would also be a great appetizer or great to snack on while watching the game.

Lettuce Bacon Wraps - Keto Approved
Ingredients
- 6 slices thick bacon can use pre cooked
- 12 small tomatoes
- 3 tbs mayo
- 6 leaves romain lettuce
Instructions
- Place bacon on parchment paper covered baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Remove when cooked and place on paper towel.
- Gather ingredients and assemble wraps. Spread mayo on lettuce, add 1 piece of bacon and top with tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Why bake the bacon? Just fry it. Thanks for the Romain suggestion, was trying to use iceberg.
