This recipe is one of the easiest and tastiest you’ll ever have. The fish turns out so light and flaky and the Parmesan crust is incredible.

Keto Parmesan Encrusted White Fish
Ingredients
- 4-6 medium Fish Filets
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1.5 tbsp paprika
- 3 tablespoon dry parsley
- 1/2 tsp sea salt-or table salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat oven to 410 degrees .
- Combine cheese, paprika, parsley, salt, and garlic powder in a shallow dish big enough for dipping your filets in.
- Lightly spray fish with spray oil then dip each filet in cheese mixture, coating front and back.
- Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray the foil with spray oil before placing filets on it. I also spray the tops of the filets very very lightly.
- Bake 15-20 minutes until done. You'll want you to watch them closely so they don't over cook.
- Take them out and serve. You can add some fresh lemon juice or just leave them the way that they are.

Any suggestions grilling with this recipe?

The only way to grill would be to wrap it in foil before placing on the grill. Otherwise I believe it would not do well.

Cut slices of lemon and line them on your grill laying your fish on top of the lemon. Gives it great flavour and won’t stick to the grill.

I have “baked” fish, prepared as recipe calls for, on my grill in this way: line a cookie sheet that will fit on the warming rack with foil; preheat grill; lightly oil foil and place fish on sheet. Cook on upper rack until almost done then move to direct heat for a few minutes on each side to crisp up. Also a good way to make pizza on a grill.

Love this recipe. It works great with ocean perch and is on regular rotation here. Best part is the kids and hubby approve as well. Thanks!

Great recipe! Cooked this tonight using fresh walleye filets. I used Hungarian Hot Paprika and it was a bit too spicy for my wife, so will reduce by half next time. (I thought it was fantastic the way it was.)

Thanks for the recipe! All I had on hand was grated parmesan/romano. Great, easy, very tasty!

The first time I made this, it was amazing! It popped with flavor and was moist and delicious. Tonight I made it again and… Not so much. Only difference was I used reduced fat parmesan and I did not spray the tops before putting them in the oven. Maybe I overcooked them a bit? Any suggestions?
