Keto Ham, Cheese, Egg Basket
- 6 medium Black Forest ham slices cut each slice 3 triangles
- 6 large eggs
- 12 tbsp mozzarella cheese grated
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili powder optional
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly spray 6 muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Fit 3 triangles of ham into each muffin cup (ham will hang over edges of cups).
- Crack 1 egg into each cup and gently break yolk. Sprinkle spices of choice on top.
- Sprinkle 2 tbsp grated cheese on top.
- Bake in middle of oven until not jiggly, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and chili powder.
