Keto Friendly Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups chopped asparagus
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in saute pan, add asparagus, garlic, and spices, cook for 5 minutes add shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
  • Stir in wine and lemon juice and bring to a boil, remove from heat and serve.
