These are so delicious and perfect for your low carb or keto diet. Great for a snack and perfect for an appetizer as well. Great for a healthy option to take to a party. Everyone loves these and they always disappear quickly when I make them.
You will have some filling left over you can use for stuffing celery or cucumbers. Great for dipping other veggies in as well.

Keto Friendly Delicious Avocado Eggs
- 8 eggs
- 2 med Avocados mashed
- 1 tbs cilantro
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 2 tbs onions chopped
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Boil 8 eggs, let eggs cool then peel.
- Cut boiled eggs in half, place yolks in bowl and add all ingredients.
- Mix together and spoon into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle a little paprika, salt andpepper on top.
