I love eggs and I eat them practically everyday! Most days it’s just fried eggs or maybe a quick omelet. Some days it’s eggs and bacon or sausage. They are one of those foods I never get sick of, but I do like to come up with new recipes on how to fix them so they never get boring.
This recipe is filled with tasty ingredients and all my favorites. There’s eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, it doesn’t get any better than this! This recipe feeds a crowd and is sure to be a winner! Great if you have guests over and want to make a big breakfast because it can easily be doubled. Enjoy it any time of day, after all eggs aren’t only for breakfast! Makes a great brunch or dinner for the entire family as well.
You can add any other ingredients to this you want. Any leftover meat you have is perfect, like chicken, beef, ham etc. Use your imagination and throw in what ever you have on hand! When i say I cook chicken with my eggs, people usually laugh. It’s one of those things you don’t often think would go well together. I love using leftover chicken in my eggs the next morning. I just throw it in the pan first with some peppers and butter and fry it up a little bit. Then I add some eggs and cook it all together. Turns out amazing!

Keto Breakfast Casserole - Great for Dinner Too!
- 18 large eggs
- 1 pound bacon cooked, crumbled
- 2 pounds Breakfast sausage cooked, crumbled
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 cups cheese
- Scramble egg together. Add the rest of the ingredient and half of the cheese to the eggs.
- Place in greased, baking dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, remove from oven and add remaining half of cheese. Cook for 10 more minutes or until done.
