This cauliflower soup with cheddar is a great comfort food during the cold winter months! It’ll warm you up inside and satisfy your appetite!
With the cooler months coming everyone is looking for some low carb comfort food. Cauliflower soup is perfect!
This cauliflower soup is delicious! Very similar to potato soup, but low carb and I promise you won’t miss the potato. This is perfect for a low carb or ketogenic diet and so good in these cooler months ahead.
Cauliflower is one of those low carb foods that you can use in place of potatoes in almost any recipe. Its very versatile and works well in most dishes. I find most people that think they don’t like cauliflower actually do once they try a few really good recipes with cauliflower in them instead of it just cooked plain.
My kids have even started eating more cauliflower now that I have been cooking with it more often and they really like it! Some recipes they can’t even tell the difference!
This soup keeps well in the fridge for up to 4 days and you can freeze it as well. Or if you have a large family like I do it will disappear quickly- it’s that good!
