A low cab breakfast that’s easy to make and delicious! Great to make a head of time and take with you on the go! Keto approved!
I get requests all the time from my followers for new breakfast ideas. The key to a healthy lifestyle is planning ahead to make things easier. Breakfast can often be hard because it is often rushed, especially if you work outside the home. Some people tend to grab unhealthy choices like sugary granola bars, cereal, toast, and other choices high in carbs because they can be more convenient. There are some better choices that are low carb and keto approved that can be just as convenient when on the go. There are many ways you can prepare eggs and they are a fantastic choice for a ketogenic diet.
Today I wanted to spice it up a little when it comes to eggs. I love these cajun egg muffins, they are so easy to prepare and perfect for a healthy, low carb breakfast! They can be made ahead of time as well, stored in the fridge and reheated when needed. Even the kids will love these because they’re go good!
Feel free to adjust the recipe, as well as add any ingredients that you like. There are so many healthy options for foods you can add to these! Veggies and meat are great options since they are low carb and keto approved. Load these up for a filling meal!
Health tip: Don’t skip breakfast it is the most important meal of the day studies show those that eat breakfast daily weigh less than those who skip it AND eat less throughout the day! They also maintain their weight loss once reaching their goal weight.
