Broccoli Bake

This recipe should be illegal! Even those picky eaters who say they don’t like broccoli will love this! This baked broccoli is low carb and Keto friendly!

Broccoli Bake

After trying this recipe you won’t want to eat broccoli any other way. Baked broccoli is amazing! It’s a great side dish for any meal and can also be eaten as a healthy snack.

You can add any spices you want in order to change up the flavor! This is so easy to make and you can make a lot or a little depending on the amount you need. You can also use this to cook cauliflower or any other veggies.

When following a Ketogenic lifestyle it’s great to be able to change up how you cook your veggies so that you can have some variety to your meals. Low carb can be very easy to follow with a few good recipes. I love eating ow carb and I find there are so many options that you would think! Along with drinking Keto/os it’s a very easy lifestyle to follow and helps my health so much!

“I add a little hot chilli flakes, and some Parmesan cheese before serving, yum!”
