These are so delicious! It’s so worth the extra time to marinate your brussel sprouts! Once roasted they are so delicious and yummy! Even your kids will love these!!

Perfect if you are doing a low carb or ketogenic diet. They are sure to be a favorite on your keto meal plan! Perfect to go with any dish and so healthy!

Best Brussel Sprouts Ever! Marinated Overnight!

Servings 5 servings

Ingredients
  

  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 lb brussel sprouts cut in half or quartered

Instructions
 

  • In a gallon size zip bag combine ingredients.
  • Seal bag and toss around until well coated.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to roast, preheat oven to 400, place Brussels on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.

    Not much of a brussel sprout person. Honestly I think as a child my mom boiled them, that’s all! I’m going to try roasting them like this. I have heard roasting them is a world of difference!

      Cathy your taste buds are in for a treat. I roast after going with Balsamic Vinegar, so delicious, The darker you roast the better.
