Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup Grape or Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Olives optional
  • 1/2 small white onion
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine or Olive Oil Vinaigrette optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumber in to rounds and cut each round in to quarters.
  • Slice your tomatoes and olives in half. Chop your onion and add all to a large bowl.
  • Toss with the vinaigrette of your choice and chill until serving.
