Healthy Homemade Taco Seasoning

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 Tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 Tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp paprika
  • 1 1/2 Tsp ground cumin
  • 1 Tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
  • You can easily double this recipe to make more.
  • When you are ready to use use your homemade taco seasoning, use 2-3 tablespoons per 1 pound of meat.
  • Feel free to add more or use less.
  • Brown your beef then drain fat.
  • Sprinkle seasoning evenly over meat and add 1/3 cup of water, mix in.
  • Simmer until water is adsorbed
