heavy cream

cheddar cheese

garlic

Pinch
nutmeg
pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Instructions
Heat up the chicken stock.
Chop up cauliflower and garlic into small bits.
Add chopped cauliflower and garlic to stock.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until cauliflower is soft.
Add cheddar cheese and heavy cream.
Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
Cool and blitz in a food processor.
