Romaine Tacos
This is what you do when your kids are eating tacos on Taco Tuesday and you're following a ketogenic lifestyle! These are so delicious!

Tacos
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 tbs taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1 cup cheese
- sour cream
- taco sauce (or salsa)
- Romaine lettuce leaves
Avocado Dressing
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- 1 pinch cilantro
- 1 dash milk
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 dash black pepper
Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked.
While meat is cooking mix ingredients for avocado dressing.
Drain meat then stir in water and taco seasoning.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
Scoop meat in a romaine leaf and top with desired toppings, sour cream, taco sauce or salsa, and avocado dressing.
