Romaine Tacos

This is what you do when your kids are eating tacos on Taco Tuesday and you're following a ketogenic lifestyle! These are so delicious!

Ingredients
  

Tacos

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tbs taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup cheese
  • sour cream
  • taco sauce (or salsa)
  • Romaine lettuce leaves

Avocado Dressing

  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • 1 pinch cilantro
  • 1 dash milk
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked.
  • While meat is cooking mix ingredients for avocado dressing.
  • Drain meat then stir in water and taco seasoning.
  • Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  • Scoop meat in a romaine leaf and top with desired toppings, sour cream, taco sauce or salsa, and avocado dressing.
