Dirty Shrimp & Beer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds shrimp shelled and deveined
  • 4 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup beer low carb

Instructions
 

  • Sauté garlic and herbs in coconut oil until garlic is slightly browned.
  • Add shrimp stirring constantly until shrimp are pink and done.
  • Pour in beer, simmer 1-2 minutes.
