Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 head cabbage chopped
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 can water

Instructions
 

  • Brown hamburger, drain
  • Sauté chopped cabbage in 2Tbs of butter until tender
  • Add the beef, taco seasoning, can of rotel and half a can of water to the cabbage
  • Simmer until liquid is absorbed
  • Enjoy!
