  • 2 tsp garlic minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • Mix together soy sauce, lemon juice, and spices.
  • Place the salmon in a oven safe dish, pour marinade over the filets.
  • Bake about 30 minutes or until salmon is flaky.
