Stuffed Chicken Breasts With Bacon
- 4 chicken breasts
- 12 sears Asparagus
- mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- kosher salt
- Italian sausage optional
- Pound chicken breast with a meat tenderizer until its nice and flat
- Sprinkle with Kosher salt and layer mozza cheese and parmesan cheese, asparagus, italian sausage (as much as you would like) Don't overstuff it or it wont role up.
- Roll up and then wrap with bacon
- Put in a lightly greased pan/dish and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked.
