Ingredients
- 1 medium spaghetti squash halved lengthwise and seeds removed
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 medium plum tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup parsley finely chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped
- 1 bag turkey sausage crumbles
