Squash Casserole
    • 4medium Yellow Squash
    • 1medium yellow onion
    • 3/4stick butter
    • Parmesan cheese
    1. Cut squash into thin slices.
    2. Cut onion into medium slivers.
    3. Layer squash, onion, pats of butter, add a little salt and pepper, sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese, then keep layering until you’ve used all the ingredients.
    4. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.
