    Ingredients
    Crust
    • 1 1/4cup almonds or pecansfinely chopped
    • 1/4cup melted butter
    • 1/4cup Truvia
    • 1/4tsp cinnamon
    Cheesecake
    • 2(8oz) packages cream cheese
    • 3/4cup Truvia+4 tbsp truvia
    • 2large eggs
    • 2tsp vanilla
    • 1/4tsp salt
    • 1/2cup pumpkin purée
    • 1/2tsp pumpkin pie spice
    • 1/2tsp cinnamon
    Instructions
    Crust
    1. Mix and press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
    Cheesecake
    1. In large bowl, beat together cream cheese, 3/4 cup sweetener of your choice, eggs, and vanilla and salt.
    2. Spread 1-1/2 cups of batter over the crust.
    3. To the remainder of the batter, add pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, 4 Tbsp sweetener. Beat together well.
    4. Spread evenly on top of the other batter.
    5. Set the cheesecake into a pan of water so it won’t crack while being baked.
    6. Bake at 325° F for 1 hour or until nearly set.
    7. Cool cheesecake; chill in refrigerator for 4 hours until firm.
    8. Cut cheesecake into 12 servings.
