    Ingredients
    • 4-6pound beef brisket
    • 1tablespoon Meat Tenderizer
    • 2tablespoon Tbsp liquid smoke
    • 2tablespoon Tbsp soy sauce
    • 2tablespoon Tbsp minced garlic
    • 2teaspoon celery seeds
    • 1teaspoon pepper
    • 2teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    • 1tablespoon Tbsp lemon juice
    • 1teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2teaspoon kosher salt
    • 1/2bottle low carb BBQ Sauceoptional
    Instructions
    1. Rub brisket with Meat Tenderizer. Mix remaining ingredients and rub onto both sides of meat. Wrap in heavy duty foil and seal. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
    2. Bake in 300 degrees F for 4 hours or 275 F for 5 hours or until done.
    3. Optional, cover in LOW CARB BBQ sauce for last hour, leaving uncovered.
