Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 6oz cream cheeseat room temperature
  • 1 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2tsp Italian herb blend
  • 1/2cup low carb tomato sauceor sliced tomatoes works great
  • 1heaping handful mozzarella cheese
  • 12pieces Pepperoni for topping
  • 1tsp Fresh basil for garnish
  • 1tbs Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees
  2. Separate the egg yolk and the egg whites. Beat the egg whites until they make hard peaks and set aside.
  3. Beat the egg yolks and cream cheese until well incorporated.
  4. Blend in the baking powder.
  5. Fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites until well incorporated. This process should leave the mixture light and fluffy like a cloud.
  6. Spoon your “Pizza Dough” mixture onto a baking pan in 5 inch round balls and bake for 18 minutes.
  7. Take the dough out and let cool. Add pizza toppings of your choice and re-bake at 375-400 degrees until your cheese is well melted.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
