    Ingredients
    • 12large eggshard-boiled cooled and halved
    • 6slices baconcooked crisp & crumbled
    • 2teaspoons fresh chives
    • 2teaspoons apple cider vinegar
    • 2tsp relish
    • 2tablespoons finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
    • 1/4cup sour cream
    • 2tablespoons mayonaise
    • 1teaspoon paprikasalt and pepper to taste
    Instructions
    1. Transfer egg yolks from halves to mixing bowl & combine with remaining ingredients.
    2. Add the sour cream last & use more as needed to reach desired smoothness.
    3. Spoon yolk mixture into halves and a sprinkle of paprika.
