    Ingredients
    • 1/4cup pumpkin puréecanned or home-made
    • 1/4cup Almond Milkunsweetened or water
    • 1scoop whey protein powder or egg white powder or hydrolysed gelatinvanilla or plain, collagen
    • 1/4cup crème fraîche or sour cream or plain full fat yogurt or coconut milk
    • 1/2tsp pumpkin pie spice mixyou can make your own
    • 1tsp Erythritolor 2-3 drops liquid stevia
    • 1tbsp MCT oil or extra virgin coconut oil
    • 1/4cup whipped cream or coconut cream on top
    Instructions
    1. Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth. Top with whipped cream or coconut cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!
