Keto Max Swiss Cacao Fudge Brownie Chocolate Cheesecake
    Brownie crust
    • 1/2cup butter
    • 2oz unsweetened chocolate
    • 1/2cup almond flour
    • 1/4cup cocoa powder
    • 1pinch salt
    • 2large eggs
    • 3/4cup Stevia
    • 1tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/2cup walnuts or pecanschopped
    • 16oz cream cheese
    • 3large eggs
    • 3/4cup sour cream
    • 1/2cup Stevia
    • 1tsp vanilla
    • 1package Swiss Cacao Max
    Chocolate mousse layer
    • 1box jello chocolate pudding(sugar free)
    • 2cups heavy whipping cream
    Chocolate swirl Keto//OS whipped cream
    • 2cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1package Chocolate Swirl Keto OS
    Chocolate sauce
    • 1cup heavy whipping cream
    • 1/3cup Stevia
    • 1tsp vanilla
    • 2oz chocolateunsweetened 70-90%
    Brownie Crust
    1. Melt butter and chocolate in a small sauce pan until melted. Cool 10 minutes.
    2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl until combined.
    3. When chocolate butter mixture is cool, whisk in eggs and vanilla.
    4. Combine to dry ingredients, mix well and spread evenly in a springform pan that has been greased.
    5. Place pan on cookie sheet in the oven for 18 minutes at 325 degrees.
    1. In a mixer, combine cream cheese, sour cream and stivia until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
    2. When blended add Swiss Cacao Max and pour over brownie crust.
    3. Bake for 1 1/2 hour at 300 degrees.
    4. Turn oven off and leave cheese cake in the oven for 30 minutes.
    5. Let cool completely and they refrigerate for at least 3 hours. (Keep refrigerated.)
    Chocolate Mousse
    1. Whisk cream into mix until stiff.
    Chocolate swirl Keto//OS whipped cream
    1. In a mixer beat cream and Keto until stiff.
    Chocolate sauce
    1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan on low heat and stir until chocolate melts and is smooth.
    2. Drizzle over cheesecake
