(red pepper, jalapeno peppers, lettuce, etc)
Cut cucumber in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds.
Fill with favorite meats, cheeses and toppings.
Salami and Provolone Sub Rolls:
Layer meats smallest to largest.
Spread the desired amount of mayo.
Add favorite cheeses and toppings (roasted red pepper, jalapeño peppers, lettuce, black olives, green peppers)
Roll and secure with a toothpick.
