    Ingredients
    • 1.5lb ground beef
    • 8oz tomato paste(low sugar version)
    • 1can tomatoes
    • 1medium red bell pepperchopped
    • 1medium yellow pepperchopped
    • 1large onionchopped
    • 4stalks celerychopped
    • 1 1/2teaspoons cumin
    • 1 1/2teaspoon chili powder
    • 1teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2teaspoon pepper
    • 1 1/2teaspoons salt
    • 3/4cup wateradd more if needed
    Instructions
    1. Brown meat on stove. Drain off fat (optional)
    2. Add onions and peppers to pan and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes.
    3. Combine cooked meat, onions, peppers, tomatoes, celery, water, and tomato paste in medium-large pot.
    4. Stir spices into pot. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to low-medium and let simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes or so.
