Cheesy Keto Stuffed Mushrooms
    • 3large portabello mushroom caps
    • 5oz cream cheesesoftened
    • 1/2cup sharp cheddar cheeseshredded
    • 8-10slices jalapeno cheesefinely chopped
    1. Preheat oven to 350.
    2. Remove gills from mushroom caps gently with a spoon.
    3. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    4. Scoop approximately 1/4 cup of cheese mixture into the mushroom cap, press down gently with back of spoon to get the caps stuffed.
    5. Divide remaining mixture between the 3 caps evenly.
    6. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake 20 minutes.
